Easy 4 Invoice — Privacy Policy
1. Data stored on your device
Easy 4 Invoice stores the information you enter: your own businesses, customers and their contact details, services and products with prices, invoices, bank details, template settings, logos and signatures.
The primary storage is a database on your device. Using the app does not require registration with the publisher.
The publisher does not operate a central invoice database or a directory of app users.
2. Optional iCloud
You enable syncing yourself in the app. Once enabled, working data, including added logos and signatures, is transferred to a private CloudKit database in your Apple Account.
The data is used to sync between supported devices using the same Apple Account. The publisher cannot access the contents of other users' private databases.
The availability, security, capacity and any fees for iCloud are governed by Apple's services and terms.
Turning off syncing does not, by itself, delete the local or cloud copy. Syncing is not a substitute for an independent backup.
3. PDFs, backups and sharing
PDF invoices and portable text backups are created on your device. Content is passed to another app or recipient when you choose to share, export or send it.
Backups contain personal and business information, including media, and have no additional encryption of their own. Protect access to your device and to wherever you store the backup.
Before an import, the app preserves the previous state so it can be restored.
4. Email
The app prepares a system email form with the recipient, message, signature and PDF attachment.
You confirm sending yourself. Subsequent processing takes place through your email provider.
The app has no email server of its own and no SMTP/IMAP password settings.
5. Advertising, analytics and purchase
The app contains no advertising SDKs, its own analytics tracking or cross-app tracking.
Apple handles the purchase and payment. Neither the app nor the publisher processes your payment card details.
Apple may process its own operational and diagnostic data according to your device settings and its privacy policies.

6. Communication with support
When you contact info@vzduch.co, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send.
We use them to handle your request and related communication. Do not send login passwords, customer invoices or full backups unless necessary and agreed in advance.
Requests concerning these messages, including access, correction or deletion, can be sent to the same address.
We retain messages for the time needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up communication, or for as long as required by a legal obligation.
7. Data retention, transfer and deletion
The app retains working data for as long as you use it or until you delete it. You can manage individual records in the app.
Issued documents may retain the original details and media even if you later change the business or customer. Previous states may also exist in restore points.
Clearing temporary PDFs does not delete the database or backups. You manage exported files and copies in apps used for sharing separately.
Uninstalling may remove the local database. It does not automatically remove exported files, messages already sent or the private cloud copy.
Manage your iCloud data through your Apple Account and the available system tools. The publisher cannot look up or restore your private invoices in iCloud for you.
When working with your own customers' data, you are responsible for its lawful use and the necessary retention period.
