Easy 4 Invoice
Invoices that feel like you.
Simple invoicing for freelancers and small businesses. Save your customers, services and products with their prices, and create clear PDF invoices. Manage several of your own businesses in one app, each with its own details and document design.

What the app can do
- Three invoice templates with different layouts: Minimal, Studio and Classic.
- Your own colour, logo, signature and text on each invoice.
- Support for simple SVG files with text converted to outlines, and optimised PNG/JPEG images.
- A customer directory and invoice creation directly from a customer's record.
- Preset services and products, including prices, currency and units.
- Multiple businesses of your own, each with separate details, bank information and numbering.
- Duplicate a previous invoice as a new document.
- Colour-coded statuses: paid, awaiting payment and overdue. You mark payments manually.
- An overview for the selected accounting year, with an option to hide totals.
- PDF invoices with bank details and a supported payment QR code.
- A prefilled email with a PDF attachment and your own signature. You confirm sending in your mail app.
- Offline use with no mandatory registration.
- Optional syncing via private iCloud between supported Apple devices using the same Apple Account.
- Export and restore data using a single portable text file, including logos and signatures.
- A restore point before importing data.
- Clear temporary PDFs separately from saved businesses, contacts and invoices.
Languages
The interface offers 18 languages: English, Czech, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Dutch and Indonesian.
English is the default. You can change the language in the app's Settings. Translations are included in the app and work offline.
Changing the language does not translate customer details or issued documents. This version uses Czech text on PDF invoices.
Devices
For iPhone and iPad. On compatible Macs with Apple silicon, it runs as an iPad app.
Price
CZK 79 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
You will see the final price for your country in the App Store before purchasing. Any paid iCloud storage is governed by your plan with Apple and is not included in the app's price.
Payment QR codes and tax scope
Czech QR Platba is supported for CZK and Czech IBANs. For supported euro payments within SEPA, the app generates EPC QR codes. Scanning also depends on support in your banking app.
Businesses not registered for VAT issue final prices without a VAT breakdown. For Czech VAT-registered businesses, the app supports standard domestic invoicing in CZK at rates of 12% and 21%.
Special tax schemes, credit notes and advance-payment tax documents are not included in this version. The app is not a substitute for full accounting software or accounting advice.
Sending emails
The app prepares a message with a PDF attachment through the email account configured on your device. The user confirms sending.
This version does not offer custom SMTP/IMAP settings or automatic background sending.
